FESTIVAL Crews: 8 Hours
POST Fest Crews: 12 Hours
*All shifts must be pre-approved and verified (Pre and Post Fest)

VOLUNTEER DEPOSIT: To schedule volunteer hours, a weekend pass must be purchased in advance. The confirmation number will be required for the application to be complete. Refunds will be applied to the method of payment used upon purchase 2-3 weeks after the festival and upon completion of your shifts.

PRE FEST CREWS: Grounds, Cleaning, Set Up

Kids Zone
Maintenance and Grounds
Hospitality
Kitchen
Shuttle
Merch

POST FEST CREWS: Grounds, Cleaning, Tear Down

CREW MEETINGS: Thursday night evening prior to the Fest June 19th @ 7 PM and Crew Photos
VOLUNTEER APPLICATIONS will be closed this year by June 1st 2025 and Final
Assignments will come shortly after that.
