Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in vending at Estival Festival on June 23rd – 25th, 2023. In an effort to maintain diversity between all vendors, each application will be reviewed and selected vendors will be contacted directly by an Estival Festival Team Member.

There is NO ADDITIONAL FEE to vend. However, each member of your team will need a weekend pass/ticket or a day pass/ticket for the day(s) they will be on the venue grounds to work. — Link to Tickets —

At this time we can not allow cannabis vending per town law. Thank you for understanding. 

Please note: We currently do not need additional food vendors. However, if you serve something very unique feel free to submit an application with as much detail as you can provide. A selected number of unique food vendors may be added based on pre-sale ticket sales.
