2025 Vendor Application 

Thank you for your interest in vending at Estival Festival on June 20th – 22nd, 2025. In an effort to maintain diversity among all vendors, each application will be reviewed. Selected vendors will be contacted directly via email by one of our Estival Festival Team Members.

Vendor spaces in areas 1 (Purple) and 2 (Light Blue) will be approximately 10′ x 20 and include room behind the spot for one vehicle and one tent. Day vending spots in area 3 (Dark Blue) are approximately 10′ x 10′. Please note there is no camping in Area 3 (Dark Blue – Day Vending). Be sure to check the map and select the vendors section you would like to be located in. If you need more than a 10′ x 20′ space, let us know in the form below and we will set you up in two adjacent spaces. Please wait for an approved registration confirmation email from our team before paying for paying the vendor fee(s). You will also need event tickets for the weekend or single day(s). 

Once again, we will be offering a FREE Junior Vendor Tent  (Ages 17 and under) for all the aspiring entrepreneurs out there. This will be hosted on Saturday, June 21st, from 10:00 am – 4:00 PM only. Please fill out an application, and our team will contact you. Space is limited.

At this time we can not allow cannabis vending per town law. Thank you for understanding.
