Vendor Application 

Thank you for your interest in vending at Estival Festival on June 21st – 23rd, 2024. In an effort to maintain diversity among all vendors, each application will be reviewed. Selected vendors will be contacted directly via email by one of our Estival Festival Team Members.

Each vendor’s space will be approximately 10′ x 20′. There is a $50 non-refundable vendor fee in addition to your event ticket. Please wait for an approved registration confirmation email from our team before purchasing.

This year, we will be offering a FREE Junior Vendor Tent  (Ages 17 and under) for all the aspiring entrepreneurs out there. This will be hosted on Saturday, June 22nd, from 10-4 only. Please fill out an application, and our team will contact you. Space is limited.

At this time we can not allow cannabis vending per town law. Thank you for understanding. 

Please note: We currently do not need additional food vendors. However, if you serve something very unique feel free to apply with as much detail as you can provide. A selected number of unique food vendors may be added based on pre-sale ticket sales.
