Come Join Sam Warren from Food Forest Fungi at the Estival Festival for some mushroom identification walks and explore the beautiful woods of Sugar Mountain.

Join mycologist and educator Sam Warren for a couple of mushroom identification walks. Sam Warren has been a forager his whole life and an educator the last 6 Years. He’s a NYS guide and is also certified in wild mushroom safety. 

On these walks you’ll learn; Basic mushroom anatomy, identification techniques, and various species. Come explore the diverse ecology of sugar mountain!
